In 2003, Intelligence Science (IS) has been promotted by Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence (CAAI) and pasted for thirteen years. In 2004, Peking University took the lead in setting up the first Department of Intelligent Science and Technology. At present, 30 universities have set up the Department of Intelligent Science and Technology or the specialty. The annual conference of the Intelligent Science Education is held in every year. In September 2015, Dalian Maritime University hosted the 13th Education Conference. The International Journal of Intelligence Science has been published in 2011. In 2006, Tsinghua University Press published the first book "Intelligence Science" (in Chinese) written by Zhongzhi Shi. In 2012, World Scientific Publishers "Intelligence Science" written by Zhongzhi Shi. In 2014, China Scientific Press published "Frontiers of Intelligence Science" (in Chinese) written by Chuan Zhao. In 2015, China Machinery Industry Press published "Introduction to Intelligence Science" (in Chinese) written by Changle Zhou. And other monographs also published. The International Conference on Advanced Intelligence held by CAAI in 2008 and 2010 in Beijing. But the basic theory of intelligence science is urgent need to construct. The goals of the conference is to carry out the theory of collective exploration, put up the discipline kernel of intelligence science.
